Live, Love...

Thirsty for Joy?  Drink from the River of Delights.

Sometimes life gets in the way of living, and laughter gets in short supply. We can't expect to be lifted if we spend the majority of our time caught up in negative motives, silly games and twisted news stories designed to create and maintain an enemy in our heads! Life is tough enough.

Find reliable, unbiased news sources. Don't be afraid to let go of obligations that aren't working for you - if it's not feeding you, able to compromise, receive or bring you joy, let it go with grace and keep it moving. Limit the time that TV gets to spend telling you who you are.
The trick is to READ up on love till you can't help but to share it, and then read it everyday so that it defines you.

Psalm 36: 5-9
Your love, LORD, reaches to the heavens,
your faithfulness to the skies.
Your righteousness is like the highest mountains,
your justice like the great deep.
You, LORD, preserve both people and animals.
How priceless is your unfailing love, O God!
People take refuge in the shadow of your wings.
They feast on the abundance of your house;
you give them drink from your river of delights.
For with you is the fountain of life;
in your light we see light.

Do a 'QuikConnect' with those who bring you joy, and let them KNOW that you value them. All bull aside folks: There's a lot more going on within each of our lives than any of us knows. We're human, which means having more in common than any of us will ever like - but LOVE is our beauty; the magnificent invisible strand connecting us all. We don't have to allow Negative Noise to define our experience. In these changing times and the face of mounting personal concerns, financial matters and political differences, love STILL conquers all.

If you want LOVE to define you, read it, receive it and let that energy flow to those around you. Laugh! The love you save, may be your own.
