What's The God in Me Project?

The God in Me Project is my process of inner transformation, and I welcome you to come along. For years I've used poetry in both group and individual counseling. Journaling is a great motivator for those of us who have endured and refuse to be defined by tough circumstances.

It can be difficult to know where to start when all we want to do is move on with life. I write poetry to satisfy my need for creative expression. It is my hope to bring your hope.

TGIM Project believes that we can rise above the chaos, break the invisible chains of negative thinking and shake the shackles of apathy to arrive at a great place of yes in thought, word, action and attitude.

Whatever your goal or situation, I invite you to meet me here each week as I write and journal poetry for peace of the mind heart, body and spirit. It's empowering to gather in a place of positive energy, and that's what TGIM Project is all about. With faith as the source of your strength, you have amazing potential.
